Reservation Terms & Policy

RESERVATIONS

Reservation can be made through our reservation system via the Reserve With Us button. Please clearly state name, and number of guests in party, date requested and especially your phone number. A phone number must be provided upon making a booking at our restaurants, as the booking confirmation will be sent to the phone number.

We are closed on Sunday and reservations would be available from 12pm – 6pm Monday till Sunday.

For other reservation policies, please find them outlined below. Should you have any further queries or requests ahead of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Last-minute reservation less than 2 hours prior to the arrival time is accepted by phone only. However, we do welcome walk in guests and will accommodate them as much as possible.

Reservation Timing Policy

We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests. Parties that are late for their reservation time are given 10min before we call the phone number that we have to ascertain arrival status.

Given the limited seating of the restaurant, 15 min late with no contact will void your reservation. Please understand, this is solely due to the size and seating capacity of the restaurant. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party. Should you wish to have a drink prior to being seated, please arrive earlier or change your reservation to a later time.

Large Party Policy

A large party reservation will require a minimum deposit to reserve, and must be confirmed at least 3 days in advance. In definition, a party of 8 diners or more is considered a large party.

For a table of up to 8 diners we require 24 hours notice for cancellation. For a table of 9 or more guests we require 48 hours notice for cancellation. In all cases we require at least 2 hours notice for any amendment to your booking. We ONLY do refunds on cancellations that are made 2 days (48 hours) prior to booking date and refunds would be made via wire transfers or cash.

If there are any cancellations or amendments outside of these timescales there will be a cancellation fee charged of RM30.00 per person which is non- refundable. We are sorry that cancellation charges have become necessary but regrettably our experience dictates this precaution.

Table Allocation

Due to the large number of requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee counter tables or specific areas when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Your understanding is very much appreciated.

As a guide, if you choose to dine early or much later, there is a higher chance we are able to offer you a counter table/a specific area of the restaurant. However, we cannot always guarantee this availability due to other bookings and table configurations.

OTHER POLICIES

Corkage Policy

We do allow guest to bring in their own wine or liquor but there is a corkage fee of RM50.00 per bottle of wine and RM100 for liquor.

Cake Policy

Whilst we have no objections to you bringing a cake to help you celebrate, we respectfully remind you that durian flavoured cakes are not acceptable at our restaurant in respect for other guests.

We will gladly keep your cake with utmost care but for any unseen circumstances, we do not hold any responsibility of the cakes’ condition caused by accident or mishap.

Special Dietary Requirements

It is essential that we are notified of any dietary requirements prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact the restaurant.
